"Great resort even if you do not play golf"

"This was a very good place to stay and we even chanhed our plans and stayed one more night."

"A hotel should be even basic clean, this was far away from it. The apartment was in an untidy condition, there was obvious dirt, cigarette butts, wear and tear, the sofa was broken. We said this several times, nothing happened. It is not right that the first thing to start cleaning when entering the apartment. The dirty mattresses were lined with plastic sheets, you can't sleep on them. We would have removed those plastic sheets, but the dirty (clearly pee-soaked) mattresses were revealed...

"A somewhat worn down resort, 2 small pools no other shared facilities. Some cafés, restaurants and a good grocery store very close by though. Also very close to swimming lake (Lac de Saint-Cassien, recommended), Cannes, the Riviera etc. A holiday home - not suitable for short stays due to cleaning costs and not so flexible check-in hours. Check-in after 19 possible, but has to be arranged. Staff didn't speak English on the phone - code exchange was difficult. Read the fine print - Hotels.com...

Quand il s’agit du parc, il était truffé de crotte autour de l’étang. "Fantastic little find, out in the middle of nowhere, high in the hills above the lake. The most spectacular views from the balcony where we just sat in the peace and quiet. Our host was fabulous, who couldnt do enough for us. Breakfast was local pastrys, the sugar bread was to die for. Beautifully restored, very authentic. "

"The property lies beautifully on the bottom of Fayence with a decent view on it right in the middle of rose fields and wine field. Rupert and Christophe built some real jewel there.
