"Staff were all friendly and helpful. On site parking was a huge plus. Room was fine. Location is great for walking the city center and river. Beautiful back garden sitting area. Breakfast was very good."

It happened again here and the hotel found a nice room in the same category and after ten minutes I was in the new room. But the hotel seems stretched to the limits in the busy summer holiday season -- understandable, but not attractive. Nearby Zoo is one of the best in the world and worth a full day visit. "
