"Loved our stay in Coquillade in April 2025. It was one of the nicest resort we have been to. Everyone working at the resort is extremely lovely. We were interested in renting bike for our next day adventure and the hotel staff was so helpful. The bike shop guy whose rental place is just down the resort road was very helpful and very easy to work with. The resort has that unique luxury vibe and the breakfast is a wonderful spread. "The property itself is very pretty , great pool and very good food - however the owners lack of English and organisation skills are very limited - There is a very good manager but he seems to do everything for her because she is so chaotic ! For those that remember Faulty towers , this is the French version - you need a car to get to the nearest towns and villages , they are a long walk ! My room was fine but it needs updating and the rooms vary alot - the better rooms are in the first building...

He was very friendly and shared his knowledge of the area with us. He even took us to a pizza truck and translated for us (we only know English). Very happy with the stay"
