The pool was overcrowded and the water was not clear, which made it unpleasant to use. The restaurant was also disappointing – the quality of the food did not match the price or the setting. There was also a ping-pong table, but it was broken. None of the balls bounced properly, and the paddles were in very poor condition. Additionally, we were charged VAT (IVA) separately, even though the invoice from the hotel only reflected the total amount already paid through hotels.com. It seems the VAT was included in the original price, but we were charged for it again upon check-in. This practice is not transparent and leaves us a very poor impression. Overall, the facilities and service did not match the price point. A real shame – it reflects badly on Argentine tourism."
