"Great place with great location. Had a great time!"

"The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly."

"This place was definitely an unexpected gem! I loved it, and I didn't realize there was an extra bedroom, which came in clutch for my mom and I. I will come here again!"

"The room was huge, clean & comfortable."

"I was traveling for work, so I was out to early to enjoy breakfast, but the property is truly special and the family that run it are great."

"This was such a great property. Very peaceful and well maintained. Having the river right out our backdoor was so relaxing. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"The property location is great. We stayed for two nights and had no issues. Super cozy and laid back place. If your looking for fancy, this is not the place. If your looking for a simple place to stay only to sleep and explore during the day, this is a good place. "

"Enjoyed a quiet night in hot tub gazing at stars, delicious breakfast, invigorating nature walk. Fun experience!"

"WOW! Look no further for the perfect friends/couple/or family getaway. We used it for a weekend trip away from Denver to explore Garden of the Gods, 11 Mile, and the Dream Stream. " The lady that we set up the hotel with was so great really friendly, gave us heads up with our stay"

"It was a comfortable house and met all our needs"

"Perfect little home to get away to with a cute town only 10 min away. Everything was as posted. Was hoping neighbors would've been a little further away but they were unnoticeable if they were home. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. Need was so comfy. Thank you for allowing us to stay!"

"Great place to stay!!"
