Complementary water is at the checkin only not to be provided each day of your visit as per their new policy. Take your own water if you want to save the hefty amount they charge for water. Staff is manipulative, if you complain about a certain issue they will keep on saying they are fixing it in a very apologetic tone but in real they will be wasting your time until you forget and stop...

"This hotel is a scam. Do not stay here. I prepaid my reservation on hotels.com and they said they didn't receive it and forced me to pay them directly. They refused to refund even though I paid twice for the same reservation. The hotel rooms are aged and have the basics. The bathroom was basic with toilet and shower. Breakfast was delivered to the room. The area is around the hotel has nothing to see."
