"So happy the parking is now with the hotel and not the city. As lots of drama with unnecessary parking tickets previously. The staff were amazing. The front desk staff were so welcoming. The bar staff were great. The young lady in the spa showed us around and she was lovely. Breakfast bar was perfect. Have stayed many times. Before the breakfast bar existed the breakfast was not good, The breakfast bar was outstanding. Not too happy to pay £4 extra per person for not booking the previous day. I had a coffee and a piece of toast and that was not worth £18. For my husband and son, it was perfect. The room was spacious but could do with a little touch-up paint. Overall our stay was fabulous. We will definitely be back."
