"Nice hotel"

"The onsen is huge and spacious. The Japanese room is cozy and comfortable. Hotel is on a hill slope hence self driving is preferred if want to stay there. Not many choices for dinner nearby outside the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is superb, with yummy smoothies."

"ウトロ地区の中心街から、車で数分 徒歩で10分ほど。 施設自体はおそらく古くいい意味で渋さがかなりある一方、細部までかなり清潔に清掃されてるので、風情と風格がある現代施設って感じ。 【いい点】 上記の通り、設備が古くてもとてもよく清掃されてるのが分かるので不衛生感はない コンビニや飲み屋がある中心部から遠すぎず近すぎず、騒がしくないから山の静かさはあるけど 用事があれば徒歩ででも中心部に行ける立地 受付の方は2名接しましたがとても愛想良く対応していただけた 温泉が深夜早朝、時間帯関係なく楽しめるし、湯の花ができるような本格的な泉質 【改善希望】 あえてここまで書かなかったが重要。禁煙で予約したけど喫煙室で案内された。自分のミスかと思い確認したが確実に案内ミスで、気づいたときにはフロント対応時間外…部屋くさかったー！！ 朝方(というか未明)、コンコンコンコンとどこかから聞こえる音で目が覚め、他の迷惑客か、もしくは幽霊？と思ったら、おそらくカラスが屋根をずっと突いていた模様。改善希望 笑"

"ホテルは清潔で食事も良いです。しかしホテルの外で車を誘導するスタッフの奈良さん(スキンヘッド)の対応は高圧的、且つ、威圧的で最悪でした。ホテルの近くにスーパーマーケットがあるか聞いたのですが、知床に初めて来た客に対して、「そこにT字路があるじゃないですか」といきなり言われても、通って来ていないし知床は初めて来たし分からない旨を伝えると突然に大声で怒鳴りつけるようにイライラしながら早口でまくし立てられました。そんな言い方はしないでくれという趣旨のことを言いましたが、それに対してお詫びもせず、最後まで高圧的で、威張り散らされました。部屋も食事も素晴らしかったのですが、一人のスタッフの対応の悪さで非常に残念なホテルになりました。"
