"We stayed in Kirbi for 2 nights and 3 days. It was our first time in the city and we are so glad we chose Résidence Hotelière Mezza Vista!! The property was stunning, clean and was in a close distance to a lot of activities we wanted to do. There was a pool, a bar and and a television. We have to truly thank the owner Pierre who took the time to show us around the city and was so accommodating during our entire stay."

"Arrivée à l'hôtel on nous dit que "ce n'est pas payé et qu'il 'faut payer" donc on a dû payer en liquide le problème étant que j'ai été prélevé une deuxième fois par hôtel.com donc nous avons payé deux fois le logement à la place d'une fois je demande donc le remboursement merci"

"Accueil chaleureux. Personnels accueillant. Par contre, pas de service de chambre. Deux nuits avec les mêmes draps et serviettes. Odeurs de canalisation dans la salle de bain. "

"Absolutely a go area, staff is completely unhelpful and unwelcoming. Same breakfast everyday, broken equipment, we got stocked in the elevator for about 15 minutes. You have to beg for toiletries. Bathroom drains into bedroom. We changed rooms twice but found out that all the rooms have the same problems. Please if you want to have a good vacation avoid this tarted place. I think it's run by family members so zero accountability."

"L'établissement a refusé de me recevoir, car il n'avait pas reçu l'argent de expédia. Ils m'ont laissé des heures durant sur un canapé. J'ai dû finir par les gronder pour avoir une chambre moitier prix de ce que j'ai payer en ligne. Tout cela dans un hôtel où les travaux ne sont pas terminés. Je pense les attaquer. Du coup j'en veux à l'établissement et j'en veux à expédia. J'aimerai être recontacter pour que ce problème soit résolu. "

"Owne is very nice and accommodating. We were upgraded as we were hesitating to stay. Internet is very weak but they’re working on improving everything. Not easy in an isolated area to get staff. But all in all we were happy there"
