"Staff great, hotel lovely, room nice - actual room was boiling constantly which impacted our sleep due to no working temp control in room and reception said they’d sort it but it did not seem to make a difference. "

We added breakfast for our last day and it was absolutely worth it and delicious. The location made seeing the city very easy with many places to visit nearby or transportation stops. "Great location, close to everything and walkable to all major attractions. Room is on the spacious side compared to the other hotels on my trip. Super useful to have a kitchen with microwave as food in oslo can be expensive. The only downside is that the shower and sink drain super slow. You can't shower for more than a couple of minutes or else you are flooding the shower."

"Our room had a nice water view and breakfast, though crowded, was good. Because of the ongoing hotel cleaners strike in Norway housekeeping was affected and very limited though staff had towels available and assisted well through the front desk. One issue was that the shower, even when being careful, tended to attempt to flood the floor requiring extra towellls to sandbag the situation. All staff were friendly, attentive and helpful."
