"Across run down dilapidated property. "

"Beautiful property on the beach with friendly staff. Spotless, comfortable room. My go to when visiting Saipan"

"It was an awesome hotel to stay at."

"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel starting from check-in to check-out. The hotel staff were friendly and hospitable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone."

"Not a bad hotel "

"Great stay "

"Excellent staff, great hotel, wonder stay!"

"The location was good and the hotel facilities were excellent. I had a relaxing time in Saipan."

"we really liked the staff's hospitality. they were very helpful with checking us in and showing us around. there wasn't that much but they were still very helpful. as for cleanliness, the furniture around in the room had evidence of termites and there's a smell in the room probably because their barely rented out or cleaned. just a fair warning, there is no elevator so if you're staying on levels higher than one - you'll be taking the stairs."

"It's a very convenient Location!"
