"Lena was Great at check-in! She informed that she wsan't sure if our room was ready yet, but had someone go check for us. I asked if we could go ahead and park and we would just walk to the beach for a little bit, which she said we could do. Our room actually was ready when the person came back to let her know. This hotel was better than I expected! We had Room 612, which was a very spacious room. We had 2 beds and toward the back of the room, there was a sofa (Pull out bed), with a TV there also. We did not have our own "Private Balcony", however this room was right near the elavator, and we had the balcony walkway. Our room had a window where you could see the ocean. The breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, sausage links, make a waffle, cereal, muffins, fruit, coffee & juice. Pretty much your standard continental breakfast. However the time is from 6-9 am. We missed it our first morning, as I thought it was until 10 am. The parking lot/deck is pretty small, keep that in mind for larger vehicles. But I was glad to have free hotel parking that was not on the street. There is a 7-11 just across the street, and short walking distance to the beach."

"Beautiful bay. Nice layout for families. Nice Pool. Great bar restaurant Our room wasn’t cleaned properly. Crumbs on couch. Hair in tub. They gave us another room "

"There were beer cans left on our balcony from previous guests. The outdoor pools were not clean even in the morning. The towels supplied in the pool area were very worn and need to be replaced. "
