"GOT confirmation on booking from you. Drive 600 km. When we arrived there was a gate closed with a heavy lock, no respons on the phonenumber given by you. So we had to turn around and drive another 50 km to find a place to stay. Totally unacceptable!!!!!!"

"Beds are very comfortable, as are the pillows. Slept great! Property has a luxurious feel to it. Staff are great! Shuttle bus to airport runs every 15 minutes. Very convenient to go back to the terminal to grab some food and snacks. Really enjoyed my stay, and would book this hotel again. Thanks Radisson Blu Arlandia. "
