"We got a regular room very last minute and it was clean and relatively spacious for a standard room. The breakfast is great. A lot of hotel in the Faroe Islands and Scandinavia (in my experience) tend to do just bread with topping but they had warm options as well which I appreciated (scrambled and boiled eggs, waffles with syrup and whipped cream). A very good continental breakfast. The beds were also very comfortable and our room had a great view of the coast. If you have a car the parking situation is not great. The parking lot is very small and you have to reverse/drive out directly onto a relatively busy road. However that is just part of being in Torshavn, anywhere you go there is limited parking and lots of large SUV’s so just be mindful."

"My flight was cancelled so I had to book a last minute stay. Pleasant staff and good free breakfast in the morning. Central part of the city. Bathroom is small but for one person it’s fine."

"It is a small hotel, so feels very intimate and cosy. We did not want to stay in a huge resort where it can get noisy. Also the location was essential for us be cause we did not have a car. You can walk to the old town in less than 10. minutes. There is actually a free bus stop 5 minutes away. It was also very quiet. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, they helped me several times with taxi bookings and general enquiries about buses and schedules. Breakfast is delicious and they accommodate everyone's needs. Their afternoon tea is a must-do. They also make you tea or coffee in the afternoon. You eat in the dining-room/lounge and the view is just breathtaking. Leftover pastries from morning breakfast is left out and you can have them for free. The pastries are excellent, by the way. There is a hot tub in the garden looking out on the sea and Nolsoy island. The view from our room was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there if we go back to Torshavn."

"House is clearly designed, cleaned and maintained with love. Hot tub was hot when we arrived, sauna heated up quickly. Kitchen is fully stocked, bedding is extremely comfortable. Great views, convenient and quiet location. We had 4 adults and 3 kids, everyone loved the property. Definitely recommend!"

"Only stayed 1 night after arriving late on a rainy night on the ferry from the Faroes. Check in was easy by keybox. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. Walls were a bit thin with the sound of other guests clearly audible, but I stuck my earbuds in and slept soundly."
