"I would stay at the Governors Lodge again. The staff are great, helpful and friendly. The cabins are basically a small house and very comfortable. The pool was good. If you have a car you park outside your cabin and the lodge can organise your car hire for you. Tour coaches stop outside reception. Bailey's restaurant is slightly upmarket with delicious food. The only negative is no free wifi and the paid wifi isn't stable. It's a walk into Burnt Pine township but no problem if you're fit."

"We were disappointed that the pool was not available for use and the restaurant was not open. The fridge in our room was very small….not big enough for snacks and drinks. Cost of room was reasonable and cleanliness excellent."

"Room was not as clean as it could have been, loose tiles in the bathroom had bugs crawling in and out, cobwebs everywhere under counters and benches, needs a bit of Reno and care. "
