"The hotel is clean and the staff provided excellent staff. The rooms are small. I was asked to pay again even though i had paid online before checking in. I was disappointed. Now i have to go through the hassle of filling claims for reimbursement. Not happy. "

"The information on expedia website indicates that O-Jays Guesthouse provides "free airport shuttle" and I booked two rooms for one night. I checked with the staff and they indicated that they can help with transport from the airport to the guesthouse but that there is a charge. We arranged for a shuttle and the driver waited at the domestic part of the terminal instead of the international part which caused a 45 minute delay in getting picked up.
