"Excellent reception staff"

"We originally reserved a suite with kitchenette. However, on arrival when checking in, and asking, we were able to snag a suite with a full kitchen for only $5 extra a night...we stayed for a total of 6 nights!! We were very happy with the suite. Very clean with a very comfy bed. However the sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable for sitting. And it was locked down so that you couldn't pull it out for sleeping. Also the kitchen had almost everything needed except for a large bowl. Simple coffee maker was a huge plus for me. They are my favorite! Full size microwave, fridge and stove. Denny's is connected to the hotel so there's no need to leave the hotel to dine there. Moxie's is located there as well. Very convenient. We very much enjoyed our stay here. "

"Shower was a big issue though. It’s beautiful & easy to use but the door does not meet the wall. Bottom edge has 1” gap & the water pours out onto wall & floor. Also the sofa in our sitting room area was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Needs replacing. Otherwise this King Suite was wonderful. What’s with your TV’s though. This cheap replacement remotes are garbage & the total non selection of anything to watch was disappointing. "
