Budget Hotels in New Brunswick

"Everything about the hotel, staff, breakfast, location was excellent except the room was a disappointment. Very dirty. All along the walls the baseboards were full of dust and there was a 1/2 line of dust all along the edge where the vacuum cleaner doesn't reach. In the bathroom the bottom shelf and the wall between the vanity was dust balls and dust webs. The walls haven't been cleaned in ages. While the rest of the hotel appeared clean, modern and spacious, the room was a disappointment. "

"Our room had no heat. We shivered all night. When we complained to front desk, the maintenance man said he knew about lack of heat in that room. He said, and I paraphrase, “ I did what (name)said to do yesterday, but it didn’t work.”. So, someone knew room was uninhabitable , but it was rented anyway. Terrible breach of good business practice. Front desk re-funded us 10%. What a farce. With such an essential aspect of the room being so deficient, all other issues are irrelevant."

"Check in very slow. Given same room as someone else. Room changed but key not reprogrammed meaning 3 trips to reception. Parking easy. Good breakfast although service a bit slow. "
