"I have stayed at this hotel several times due to the limited options in town. Unfortunately, the experience has been inconsistent. The air conditioning is quite noisy, likely due to the compressor being placed very close to the glass door—only about one meter from the bed—which makes it difficult to rest comfortably. Additionally, there were visible dirt marks on the walls that should have been cleaned by housekeeping. On some occasions, the bed sheets were also not properly clean and had to be replaced. Overall, the hotel needs to improve its maintenance and housekeeping standards."

"The room was pretty clean. We didn't stay the night, but the beds were comfortable. We booked 3 rooms and arrived at 2pm, 2 hours after check in, but we're told two of the rooms weren't available yet. We wanted to rest and take a shower before our flight The shower basin looked dangerous. As soon as I walked into the bathroom, I almost tripped because the basin was inches from the door on the way to the toilet. The shower head and toilet gun were moldy or had mildew on them where the water comes out. A little vinegar would go a long way on them. Won't be booking here again."

"Compliments: Exceptional Staff: Every staff member was polite, helpful, and professional. Atmosphere: Beautiful, quiet views and a well-sized pool. Food & Perks: Breakfast exceeded expectations (loved the fruit/milk). The free snacks in the lobby and karaoke were great for the family. Areas for Improvement: Security & Privacy: Locks in 2/4 rooms were broken, causing long delays. Curtains in Bedroom 1 & 2 were too short/narrow, compromising privacy. Hygiene: Bedding was wrinkled and some smelled musty, raising concerns about cleanliness. Common floors were sticky and required re-mopping. Safety Hazards: Pool railings are rusty and sharp. Outdoor wiring looks unsafe (secured with tape), posing an electric shock risk. Broken chairs in the common area should be removed. Bathrooms: Unpleasant odors and poor drainage. Lack of a wet/dry curb makes the floor dangerously slippery. Lighting is too dim for seniors. Maintenance: Fix kitchen sink leaks and provide clothes racks/shelves in every room. Pool & Slide: Add anti-slip strips to the slide and extend the pool ladder deeper for children. Dining: Prices are high."

"Poor check in experience, room was not ready at agreed time. After a long drive with multiple young kids, this is an issue. Once the room was ready, the staff did not offer to help us to the room and did not help us with our bags. This is not like a hotel, more like an old age home. Room itself was clean but the common areas were filthy. I would not recommend this accommodation."
