One problem, i always book careful to mention my mobility problems so no stairs, long walks or high floors. Unfortunately these conditions had not been met this time and, after inspecting the room initially offered, we caused problems by having to request an alternate room. "It is almost impossible to fault this hotel. Their breakfast is fantastic, their beds and bedding excellent. The staff is helpful and kind. I have stayed several times in this hotel and will continue to return. The only issue that can be addressed is the soundproofing. Late returns in neighbouring rooms can be heard sometimes."
