"Superb new flat but poor without no milk or microwave - not everyone in the world drinks black coffee!
Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for"

"Nice bungalow with good outdoor spaces, but with a few issues - some strange lighting arrangements where you have to plug a cable in to turn on a light, and the bedrooms are tiny, with a very noisy/squeaky bunk bed in one of them
Decent shower, and kitchen seems well equipped.
We were not told that soap and toiletries are not provided, but the host was very communicative and helpful, and dropped some off for us anyway."
