"Set up is for very social situation with loads of students around, but all ages seem welcome. Good location right near a metro stop. Rooms were adequate, clean and comfortable. Coffee machine, kettle and mini stroopwaffels provided. Staff were great - I managed to hurt my back during the stay and the team were super kind and helpful, including extending my stay, grabbing pain meds from the pharmacy and offering to obtain food and other assistance as required. Super grateful for their help. "

He arranged for us to move to another room with a much better view, and on top of that, he kindly offered us access to the VIP breakfast lounge for the entire stay. His professionalism and excellent service made a great impression, and I would be very happy to stay at this hotel again in the future. "

"Really good position for getting around the city, comfortable rooms but the staff stood out the most - really helpful throughout. Bags were lost at schipol, I gave them a heads up I would be late, by the time I got there I'd been upgraded to a studio apartment unit. Breakfast upstairs gives you great views of the city, good range to start the day with. Will definitely stay there again."
