"The hotel reception and bar staff are excellent. However the restaurant is appalling. The quality of the food is poor. There is very little vegetarian options, except for boiled veg. If you arrive at breakfast past 7:30am, there is hardly any food left and the staff do not replenish the plates. Even the coffee pot is not refilled! Pathetic service during breakfast, the food is basically for the Chinese occupants and it's a first come first serve basis ,it's like a school once the food is finished if you didn't get that's your problem no effort even to meet the guest satisfaction. We didn't get the value of what we paid for. "
