"I’m sure on a good day with out rain this place is fabulous. But the day we arrive it was raining all day. Therefore we had to sit in the bar with a fire burning away. The staff are lovely and welcoming, the dinner we had was not too bad actually. Would love to come back with nicer weather to truly appreciate the place."

"DO NOT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY! The old lady that runs it is completely computer illiterate. She has no idea how to receive the money we guests pay to Expedia. She told me she has been hosting guests that come from Expedia for free for years because she doesn't know how it works, and has no idea how to delete her account or remove availability. "We stayed in backpacker accommodation (6 adults) which is rustic, but adequate, we had a very reasonably priced meal and a night filled with stars in a beautiful location. There is more upmarket accommodation in rondavels, which is very nice although still rustic. It was a great night away with no South African cell signal, so total peace. They said free wifi, but I didn't check"
