"The pool and hot tub were a big hit for our family! The staff was amazing. I traveled solo with my 3 kids and at 9pm at night I realized that I forgot pull-ups for my youngest. After calling Jennifer at the front hoping they had some pull-ups, she was so kind and sent her husband to Walmart for me! I couldn’t thank her enough and was blown away by her kindness and generosity. She didn’t even think twice before insisting that her husband run to Walmart for me so I didn’t have to pack up my kids that late. "

"Room was immaculately clean, spacious, with comfortable beds. Tastefully decorated with antiques, fitting for a 100+ year old historic hotel. There is no elevator, so be prepared to carry you luggage up one flight of stairs."

"Get told multiple things from each employee. Rooms are not sounds proof at all you can hear others conversation like they are sitting with you and the screaming kids is always a nice bonus.. dvd player didn’t work, no cable, no service, nothing around unless you want to drive 45 min or longer to another town. The restaurant there isn’t open during the week, but got told different stories by different employees. Ended up not staying the full time I requested a refund not they are playing stupid and not giving me a refund after having a conversation with staff before I left. Worse place to go, website apparently isn’t updated. Crap place with crap management playing stupid. "

"Staff was excellent and the remodel done a couple of years ago is spectacular. Really appreciated the nostalgia of the era when the hotel was first built. The rooms were cool. Bed was really comfortable. "
