"Was a good hotel inmerse on the bad situation of the country , but the hotel is doing a big effort to continue offering hotel seervices. The people of the hotel are very gentle , the pool area looks like has been recently remodelated."

"La verdad que estoy muy disgustado ya que hice mi reservación a traves de EXPEDIA y al llegar al hotel la reserva no aparecía pero me tomaron la tarjeta y me dijeron que seguro llegaría y sino me lo cobrarían a la tarjeta. para mi sorpresa al hacer check out el hotel pe dijo que la "Nueva Administracion" solo trabajaba con "BOOKINGS" y que no tenia acuerdo alguno con Expedia. entonces para poder irme del hotel debían cobrarme la estadía en ese momento. asi que la pague con mi tarjeta y realice...

"Excelente las instalaciones el entorno con las piscinas inigualable. Teníamos piscina pequeña para cada habitación. Los niños disfrutaron al máximo. Camas muy cómodas y amplia la habitación. El desayuno súper bueno varios menús y el personal muy amable y siempre atentos. Atención personalizada. Lo repetiría otra vez. Gracias "
