"I wondered why there was ear plugs on the bed. Loud music till 3am!!!! . Room was too hot no instructions how to turn unit down. Other than that good venue for exploring the old Town. "

"Property was a bit old and WiFi didn't work well. Good location on the river with good buffet breakfast. Convenient location to walk around. Room was pretty spacious. "

"I had pre-advised that my wife was coeliac and they acknowledged this at reception and when entering the breakfast area, but when we asked if someone could explain what was gluten-free there wasnt much help. The first day a couple of gluten-free bread rolls were provided and on the next couple of days we had had to ask for the bread rolls. Some of this may have been due to language barriers. On one day we were able to ask a waiter who checked with the chef. A mixed bag in terms of success and definitely as good as we've experienced in other hotels in Poland. "

"Safe location for a solo female traveller. Lovely touch of a welcome glass of prosecco. Clean and comfortable rooms, and mine was quiet even though it was next to reception. Staff were polite at all times and superb location, a few minutes walk to the quayside and cafe bars. Would definitely book again. "
