"Pleasant stay! Easy parking."

"This is a dependable hotel and we use it a lot when visiting our kid at SMSU. The rooms are clean and it’s nice to have a very large pool on site and expansive area to hang out near it. Breakfast is better than some."

"Corner lamp didn’t work. Wished there was bottled water available in room or at breakfast"

"We pulled into the parking lot and just looking at the hotel we left the property. broken screen's hanging off, room curtain's hang half on, Only one car in the parking lot, it just looked like a dirty hotel, so we left."

"This property overall was ok. We arrived at 4pm and our room was not cleaned yet. The clerk at the desk was more attentive to her phone than checking us in. The front desk area smelled of Marijuana. Check in was at 3 pm. We stayed Sunday-Monday. When entering the room it smelled like sweat and musty. The bathroom floor was not mopped. We assume the spots were coffee. Thankfully I travel with clorox wipes. The sheets with every Americinn property never stay on the beds. We had towels with holes in them (at least 2). We went done to the pool area and the pebbles on the floor were loose and hurt our bare feet, plus we found them in the pool and hot tub. The pool had girls hair floating in the water. Sadly we like staying at Americinn property's but this one we won't be staying at again."

"Pool was closed during our visit and dryer wasn’t working but other than that the staff and stay were awesome! Definitely will return"
