Dit hotel blinkt uit in service, de beste van onze reis door Sri Lanka. De bediening was erg vriendelijk voor ons en de kinderen en maakten ons verblijf fantastisch! "This hotel is located just in front of the entrance of Bundala national park. I really enjoyed early morning safari which they recommended. They provided me an upgraded room, and free dinner. That was so surprising. And I could see an elephant from the balcony at night. I hope to come back with friends in top season because they told me that we can camp in the national park with reasonable price."

The room itself was dirty—stained bed sheets, no duvet - just a thin sheet, plugs falling off the walls with exposed wiring, clumps of dust and towels that were old and fraying at the edges. There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room. The worst part? They gave us a room that was already occupied by another guest. Imagine walking into what you think is your room, only to find someone else already there. It was deeply embarrassing...
