"Great service"

"I had the family room. There were only 2 towels when I arrived. I had to wait 8 hours just for towels. The tub wouldn’t drain correctly it took 24 hours just for them to fix. The sink started leaking. The microwave in the main area was filthy. It was pizza boxes and chips all throughout the common areas. Half of the arcade games wasn’t working at all unplugged. They were clearly understaffed. It was horrible."

"The pool was warm and clean! Breakfast was hot and filling. As others have mentioned, the room above us was very loud…whoever was up there was walking around all night long. If you’re a light sleeper, I would request a top floor room! "

"The hot tub is not currently working (3/2026). Not many towels available for the pool. The front desk woman was more interested in her iPad than helping customers. The breakfast was good, but the tables were not kept clean, no sanitizer available. Lots of children running the halls and the room above ours. Unfortunately, did not get much sleep. "
