"The apartment was gorgeous! Large & airy, amazing location. A few issues… I had to track down someone who spoke English in order to get access to the apartment. Right after I booked the apartment a few months ago, they did send me information about parking, but there was nothing about a code to get the key for the apartment. "Ive stay at several hotels that they say are next to the airport but this one really means it. Literally across the street. And it's not a run down conversation center you're use to seeing. Its modern and nice. Lots of people working check in and nice."

"Hotel itself was top - just as described. Room was large enough, bed new and it was quiet. Staff were nice. The area surrounding is a series of massive outlet shops and the Westfield shopping centre. Tram is the only public transport into the centre and the station lies outside of the central Vienna fare zone. "

Good hotel in the area albeit some small issues

"Clean hotel although staff need more training. Was told I didn’t have a booking even after showing the confirmation and payment and the same thing happened at breakfast. Restaurant was closed on the evening too."

Comfortable stay

"We were on a hiking weekend in Moedling, and this was a suitable location. It was great that there was a restaurant and bar jn house, as there wasnt anything else within walking distance. Breakfast was good. The staff were great, esp Johnny on reception and bar in the evenings; he made great cocktails. Italian restaurant was good, esp pizza."
