"The check in staff and breakfast staff were absolutely excellent, they couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The rooms and hotel were very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good for us when coupled with the regular free local mini buses. It was good for access to Baia Blu with good car parking. It was quite expensive but we certainly hope to stay again. "

"This property is in an amazing location in La Spezia walking district. Nice restaurants and shops around, 10 min walking distance to the train station which takes you to Cinque Terre (which is less then 10 min train ride to the first village). Apartment is very modern and clean. my wife and kids loved it. Easly sleeps 6 people. The host Yulia was very helpful. i would highly recommend this apartment. We would definitely stay here again."

"On our 2nd and final night we returned at 22h30 to find a faulty door lock so could not enter the apartment. Tried calling agent but no answer just a message saying ti call a certain number. It was the same number so what was the point of that message! So had to find a hotel late at night and had only clothes we were stood up in. To be fair the agent saw our messages early next morning and showed us the lock was fine. It was not and it jammed again a little later after she had gone. So I took a...

"Nice place to stay if you're exploring the Cinque Terre area. You'll want a car though- it's not particularly walkable to the the Levanto train station or the town itself."

"This Hotel was very overpriced for starters. $500 Australian a night we should of received five star and a beautiful hotel. Instead we recieved a dirty very old hotel with a Sofa that was that bad it was replaced upon request. All cooking utensils, wine glass ( that's right glass) and pans were in such a condition that they were also replaced upon request. We also found a jar of Marujana in a tea jar that need to be removed by staff. Only plus was the location. "

"As all the other reviews have mentioned, the property is located on a hillside with spectacular views. Our room was for 3 people and the only view from the room was through the wooden blinds over a window. "

My only complaint was that the neighbors above were a bit noisy, but it didn’t inhibit our enjoyment. Note that there is no AC and no elevator to the room, but this was not a problem for us. "
