"Accueil décevant à l'arrivée ainsi que l'environnement: l'établissement est accessible toute la nuit sans code d'entrée et le verrou de la chambre était creux (on pouvait donc voir dans la chambre à partir de l'extérieur du couloir...). Les parois des murs sont fines: on peut entendre les conversations des voisins de chambre et leur programme de télévision. La chambre était propre et bien équipée. L'accueil du petit déjeuner était charmant! Une nuit suffit, à défaut de trouver un hébergement...

"部屋に入った時すでに暖かく、外が寒かったのでとても素敵に感じました。写真以上に部屋も良かったと思います。ベッドルームが二つありシャワールームも含め全部屋暖房がありました。 滞在中に要望を伝えると、ホテルの方が部屋まで来てくれました。 良いホテルでした、次回ランスに来るときもまた泊まらせていただきたいと思ってます。"
