"This hotel is in a wonderful location and the veiws are amazing. Everyone at this resort were very polite, from the people at the desk, the maintence man, and the restaurant staff. We had a few minor issues that were easily and quickly resolved during our stay. Please note that this place does not have an elevator, and does have steps to the rooms. I would highly reccommend this hotel to others, but I would suggest taking out a few steps and putting up a ramp for better access, or even an elevator. Thank you for your hospitality during our stay!!"

"The young girl at the counter was very friendly and polite. She gave me a couple of options when if asked about cab/shuttle service. Teresa/ Connie the night manager was extremely engaging and funny as well as an excellent bartender. She was also thoughtful enough to return the watch that my wife had lost at the bar."
