I booked a double room and we got a single, the table that should have been in the room in the kitchenette area was gone and a queen bed was in the middle of the floor. Bathroom floor was in bad shape. The room had been painted to make it appear 'fresh'. There were many long term guests wondering the parking lot, sitting out in front of their rooms. Would not recommend at all. Very disappointed, our room looked NOTHING like the pics online. "

"The facility was beautiful, the Beds and room was great. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Jay who lead the paranormal tour was very knowledgeable and funny. Resturant the three owls the food was great but took forever for the food to arrive at the table. The bread was served after the meal. Kind staff but the management of the kitchen communications needs work. "
