"We had a very pleasant stay during the off-season. Our rooms overlooked the river and were quiet. The room was clean, relatively recently refurbed and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. On check-in, we asked if we could get a knife (so we could have a wine and cheese snack in our rooms) and the receptionist got us one.
