"Wir sind vereinbarungsgemäß gegen 18:00 Uhr im Rahmen der offiziellen Check-In-Zeit angekommen. Leider war die Rezeption nicht besetzt und es gab keinerlei Hinweise zum Ablauf. Mehrere telefonische Kontaktversuche beim Gastgeber blieben erfolglos. Der Eingangsbereich und das Erdgeschoss machten einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck. Nachdem wir nach längerer Wartezeit niemanden erreichen konnten, mussten wir uns am Abend eine alternative Unterkunft suchen. Die Rückmeldung des Gastgebers erfolgte erst...
