"Amazing stay for the family "

"It was a nice hotel in the middle of all the action. It was very busy in the area, ancross from the Pavilion, and traffic is always bad. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast on the lower level was delicious. There are many Malay choices. Faies served us every morning. Extremely good and friendly guy. Made special roti for us each morning. The room is clean, big and has high ceiling. But the bathroom requires some quick maintenance. The sink faucet is loose and wobble. The toilet paper holder and the make up mirror are also loose. All these needs, are tightening with a screwdriver. The hangers in the closet are not the same set, they are a few different shapes. No big deal, but they his is a 5 stars JW Marriott and the bar should be set higher."

"Overall friendly staff from reception to housekeeping. Booked a king bed with balcony room, but was assigned a room with dirty balcony hence we did not utilise the balcony at all. We also got a room meant for handicap users, hence the toilet door, shower handle, mirror to the shower space was designed for handicap users in mind. It was slightly inconvenient and limited our usage of the toilet. The hotel is walking distance to the train station but due to the going construction of the property few blocks away from the hotel, the path was rough and often blocked by heavy vehicles with no proper pedestrian walkways. We did not feel the safest commuting by foot around the property. Able to reach bukit bintang area in ~15 mins by walking. Would try another hotel next time."

"Great and convenient place to stay. All was great. Tip: Have Whatsapp ready as details and photos for using the aprtment were sent through Whatsapp. Also 200MYR room deposit cash was the easiest for International travellers like us. It was returned on checkout."

"Best hotel we've stayed during our two week stay in Malaysia. Breakfast was excellent with varieties and freshness. Rooms are clean and water pressure for shower is great. AC is just right, not too cold. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bed is so comforting!!! Soft pillows and bed! Location is super convenient. Easily accessible to the MRT, LRT and KLIA trains."

"Great convenient airport stopover hotel. I stayed here for a short stopover near Kuala Lumpur Airport and it was exactly what I needed — cheap, cheerful and very convenient. The shuttle coach was extremely useful but not straight forward to find. Here’s a helping hand - If arriving into Terminal 1, it’s located on Floor 2. The shuttle is a white coach used specifically for this hotel, with the hotel destination clearly written on the door. I also booked the free shuttle back to the airport the following morning and the whole process worked seamlessly. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even easier after a long journey. The room itself exceeded my expectations for the price, particularly with the additional amenities provided such as a shower cap, toothbrush and amenity kit. Small touches, but appreciated after a long flight. The huge swimming pool was also a great way to relax between flights and made the stay feel far more enjoyable than just a basic airport hotel. The food was fairly mediocre, however I was staying primarily for the convenience and comfort of an overnight stopover, which it delivered very well."
