"L'hotel est excessivement cher pour le service rendu. Déjà en arrivant le wifi ne marchait pas. Ensuite la piscine était immonde (voir photo), et personne ne la nettoye. La chambre est vieille et n'est pas propre : insectes morts, lezard vivant dans la chambre. Pas de produits de douches. Une serviette trÚs petite. Une semaine complÚte à l'hÎtel mais personne ne change la serviette de la salle de bain, les draps ne sont jamais changés, le sol jamais nettoyé. Pour avoir du papier toilette il faut...

"Possibly the best hotel in Pointe Noire. It is a very nice place but it unfortunately fails at times to exploit its full potential. As a hotel under the Hilton brand, I expected it to do the things u see in Hilton around the world. There were no doorman to help with luggage when I arrive nor was there anyone available to help me with luggage to take me to my room when I first checked in. Not that I needed the help necessarily but it’s the little things that count when u check in a luxury hotel. Biggest issue I had during my 5 night stay was the fact that I woke up one morning with a big roach crawling on my bed. I understand that vermine is tropical locations r sometimes not the easiest to get rid of but it’s a luxury hotel thus expected better. That being said, all staff was courteous and respectful and always helpful when I asked for assistance. If works sends me there to Pointe Noire again, I wouldn’t hesitate go ring them another try in the hopes they live up to their full potential."
