"Despite my calling them multiple times, they had no records of the reservation. I had to provide them with the confirmation email when they demanded payment upon checking out. There is no door or partition to the toilet. There is no privacy to the room as the front door is partially made of see-through glass. You can see through the whole room from outside. "Kisumu, Kenya, I enjoyed this place. Great breakfast. Thumbs up. OK, here is a heads up for an American, here an all-inclusive breakfast does not include coffee. Think British, tea is included, however coffee, no. Again, just a heads up, great place though."

"The Victoria Comfort Inn is located within walking distance of Obunga and about a 10 min ride to downtown Kisumu. It has a nice conference area which is pleasant for local businss. The staff is superb! We had excellent service both at check in and during all of our meal service (which we ate there every night). It has an expansive menu and even has a small gym. Though the hotel is humble in structure, it's well kept and clean. Great value for the money!"
