"The room was very nice and spacious. We had a group of six rooms and since they are individually owned some were nicer and newer decorated than the rest. You cannot beat the location though. Walking distance to everything. The bar and restaurant were great! "

"Family of four, girls are 9 and 14. We go to different great wolf lodges. This one wasnt bad, two attractions were closed temporarily due to kids puking. Be present with your kids, go on the water slides, tube the lazy river, get smoked by big waves in the wave pool. Sad seeing all the parents on their phone then we are dealing with the kids behavior with no parent around. No hot tub here unfortunately. Best GWL hot tub is in Traverse City, MI. HUGE adult hot tub and even a decent size family one. Smaller park in TC overall but dig the tubs after freezing in the park."

"Pool and slides were fun for children and adults. Rooms need to be updated. Although clean, signs of wear and tear were apparent in the bathroom. "

"Everything was great except my kids commented the pool was too cold for them to swim. I paid more for a pool & im disappointed with the pool. Unfortunately because of this I wouldn’t be staying here again. "

"This place was having a bad day. The fire alarm kept randomly going off in the middle of the night. When we woke up in the morning there was water flowing from the ceiling and water down the hallways on at least two levels. There were holes smashed in the walls. There were people with vacuums and hoses everywhere. It was a complete disaster. "
