"　外観および階段ホールは相当くたびれているるものの室内はよく整えられている。場所が特殊で、大統領官邸から川沿いの幹線道路に降る急勾配のカーブでい石畳の道の途中にある。 　川向こうから戻ると、階段か坂道の坂を登ることとなる。しかし、このような道路環境のため、朝夕の車通行は多いものの、最徐行運転のため騒音はない。 　室内は、特に大きな問題はないけれど、ガレージの上にある部屋で、構造の制約からか床からI mくらいの扇型の窓があり、この上に管理用収納とテレビ枠がある。 　客用の収納スペースがほぼないため、物の置き場所に工夫が必要だった。 　また、テレビの位置が高くやや見ずらいことと、背面パネルが隠れいていてポートに接続ができないものの、衛星受信機用のＨＤＭＩケーブルがあるのでメスポートの機器（ＡｐｐｌｅＴＶ等）は利用できる。 　天井照明のほか、ＬＥＤ電球がよかしあるけどそれぞれ別スイッチで操作が煩雑になっている。 　便利な設備として、洗濯機があり、乾燥は室内干しになるけれど、ヒーターやエアコンで夏冬とも一晩で乾く。 　"

"We stayed in the Luxury Quadruple Room and it is an experience. The room is huge and feels like you have been transported back centuries to the days of Knights and princesses. The service is amazing and the staff is incredibly helpful. Tamari, Beqa Ioseb, and Toko did everything to make our stay magical. "

"The units are spacious, very clean, high standard and comfortable. The staff are friendly and efficient. This is an aparthotel in a historical building in front of opera house. There is no sign about the hotel on the street level, and you need to go up the stairs (no lift) to the first level to get to the apart hotel. There is 4-5 units at this apart hotel. The street level entrance are not very clear and clean, and there was a homeless person sleeping at the entrance during the first few days...

"We had a great time here in a great apartment. Definitely recommend you try this place. We came at 3am and there were two ladies waiting to show us the apartment and help us in. They regularly came to bring new towels, vlean and take away the trash. The apartment is also very large and fully furnished. The restaurants down below serve excellent food as well.
