"This was a fun property to stay at. It was clean and felt safe and was easy to get to. There are directions for the lock next to the door, which I didn’t see at first but were helpful once I found them. There were a few different heaters which were needed to get the space warm. The water was hot once I let it run for a minute. I would stay here again."

"Great location. We were able to walk from hotel to any place in town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great view of the water and had a balcony. No carpet in room which was great. Fort Worden was just a couple miles away. Cons: room should have been cleaner, old windows and doors, sloping floors. But for a decent price, we would stay there again."

"This lodge is such a relic from the past which adds to the serene landscape right out your room window. Unbelievable older retro rooms in the best condition than I could imagine, being the age of the motel and PNW moisture. It’s like stepping back in time and leaving the busy world in which we live in hundreds of years away. I will definitely return again for future visits and recommend this wonderful lodge to many others. Prime location for Olympic NP beaches, just a few steps to nature...

This is a renovated, former Econo Lodge...I believe the Google Street View photos still show an Econo Lodge...The kind folks at the front desk informed me they've only had the place for just over 1 year (we visited the weekend of April 13, 2024)...Again, appears to have been recently renovated...very clean...staff is super polite and always ready to serve, clean up, whatever is needed...We would definitely stay here again if in the area! Only item in description that does not quire...

"It was good. You get what you pay for. The beds are rock hard. The place smells musty. That might be a problem at all the hotels tho because it’s a very wet environment. Staff was nice, and they leave you alone. We stayed two nights. I would recommend just staying one. Unless you like hard beds. It’s a good stop for a cheap stay. We are satisfied customers. "
