"Air conditioner leaked water on the floor, but did keep the room nice and cool. Mirror in bathroom had a crack all the way down the middle. Bed was comfortable. Ok for one night stay."

When I arrived to check in, the young woman that came from the back looked and acted like I was disturbing her. No greeting. She just came out and looked at me. I told her I had a reservation and gave my name. Her response was "I need an ID". I checked in right before 3 pm on Saturday. I didn't see a name tag but...
