"When we arrived, the instructions were clear. We found the lockbox, and the call box with their initials was hanging by a thread. We obtained the key and entered the apartment. There was no welcome greeting or instructions for Wi-Fi, electricity, etc. Once settled, we realized we did not know how to get out of the building, and had to ask a neighborhood kid on rollerskates to enter the code so we could get out. "Location is in the suburbs of Paris but very convenient to the train station which is only 8 min train ride away from Paris Saint Lazare station. Flat road with elevator at the station as well. Very good location for transport. Not sure what else is around the actual neighborhood. Amenities are nice and new for a dorm hostel. Air con works well. Bathroom and shower are clean. Elevator is sizeable for Europe standard. Provided blanket and towels however blanket was stained and bed sheets are also stained at the end. Top bunk bed frame where you can put things are dirty. Locker has dented shelf. Shower room is very small and shower doesn’t drain. My stay is very brief (less than 12 hours). Staff have very minimal instructions and on the unfriendly side. I had no idea where the elevator is, what’s the breakfast situation, or the fact front desk isn’t 24 hours."

"Generally happy with our stay. Breakfast was nice. We wanted to get an extra pillow but the front desk told us this was not possible but we could ask in the morning. Thankfully, they provided the pillow the next day. The shower was strange in that there seemed to be no way to hook the shower head on the wall so you had to just hold it in your hand. I would probably stay here again."

"Great to have aircon but sadly this can't be adjusted in the room, so you're stuck with fixed temperature. OK for some I'm sure, but I was too hot and ended up with the window open. Staff kindly offered me a fan. A ledge/shelf/other in the shower would be really handy to put things on, and a heated towel rail would be lovely for drying towels. A fridge in room would have been lovely too for keeping water cold in hot weather. Overall it was a great stay, lovely and quiet, great location two minutes walk from Les Grésillons station to take you straight into the centre of Paris. Supermarket a stones throw away. Staff were lovely. Comfy bed and nice big bathroom. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on the food. I would stay here again"

KOPSTER Hotel Residence Paris Colombes

"We had a great stay at Kopster! It was clean and comfortable for our family with two adults and one teenager. Seperate rooms gave us some privacy and the small kitchen was helpful. Beds were very comfortable and staff was attentive to our needs. We loved the suburb and felt completely safe there even sometimes walking back late at night. The train station is a 10 minute walk and can take you into central areas easily. The suburb is much quieter than central tourist areas and we got a good night's sleep. The best feature is the bakery across the street. We had our best sandwiches and pastries there and went daily!"
