"Amazing family friendly hotel, from the reception area to the play area next to the restaurant, it is great for kids"

"Japanese breakfast was great, hot springs was relaxing!"

"Brand new property. Parking available for a charge (limited spaces). Onsen on property, very nice with sauna and cold bath. Beds are firm but comfortable. Breakfast with an additional charge. Japanese style breakfast, so skip if you want western style."

"Great stopover hotel if you're arriving late at Nagoya airport. Very friendly staff!"

"Great breakfast"

"Great hotel within easy walking distance of Nagoya airport. Rooms were basic but very clean and bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast was surprisingly nice. We would happily stay here again."

"Amazing location and rooms are very clean and tidy. "

"We didn’t have the breakfast but walking in the lobby it smelled so good! "

"Would stay here again "

"Location location super easy to get to the airport"

"Hotel room was clean with nice housekeeping, but overall the room is dated."

"The hotel looks like it needs some renovations but the experience from the staff is beyond what I expected. The front staff helped me figure out how do my laundry and taxis to be able to go to f1. It had a family mart and couple restaurants within walking distance. I also loved the deep bath tub to soak my sore muscles after walking 10 miles!"

"staff is kind"

"スパ人多い。"

"Very accessible"

"Great place to stay. Modern, clean, easy parking, with a free breakfast of so many Japanese and western foods. Would have liked an actual third bed in the room instead of a mattress roll. Quiet area and friendly staff. "

"Great hotel with an excellent location and very friendly staff. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The service was great, and the overall experience was very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again."

"Economical option"

"A terrible hotel for travelers. The "premium" room was the size of a van's cargo area—even camper van bathrooms are bigger. Breakfast offered only one choice: a box containing stale fish, with no option to eat anything else. The double bed was the size of a small daybed. I do not recommend it; stay away from this hotel."

"This is not a regular hotel, but a love hotel where you stop by to have sxx. It smells strongly of cigarettes and has a strange atmosphere. The on-site reservation price is much cheaper than Hotels.com. I feel like I was scammed. "
