We truly appreciated that you allowed us to check in early, which gave us the chance to change into dry clothes. Thank you for your kindness, consideration, and excellent service. "Customer service was outstanding! We mentioned that our first room had an unpleasant smell, and the staff addressed the issue immediately. They even upgraded us to one of the nicest suites we’ve ever stayed in, which made our experience even more special. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast featured delicious, traditional Filipino dishes. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

"Clean room and amenities, friendly staff, land tour was a great experience, the tourist guide is very friendly and helpful. Ocean view is amazing. My family enjoyed the pool and some resort activities like billiards and videoke. I wish there will be more choices of foods. Thank you Casa Almarenzo. See you again next time."

"The hotel's facade kept its original Spanish architectural design and the hotel's amenities and facilities had an up-to-date modern design with still a hint of local Filipino heritage design. The rooms were spacious; all the staff members (front desk, security, housekeeping and restaurant) are gracious and accommodating. My husband and I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We were given rooms on the side opposite the ocean even though the hotel was nearly empty. I had no issue with the facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice pool area and beyond it the beach and ocean. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was very good. All things considered, I would rather have been in San Juan where the action is."
