"We had an amazing stay at Silks Taroko. Staff was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a good visit. They helped organize two vans to give us a tour of the area with one english speaking tour guide, Victor. It was an amazing, thoughtfully paced tour that the guide provided us with. Even though the area is still recovering from the earthquakes a few years back and many of the trails are still under construction, it was still well worth the visit."

"Nice hotel, you can tell hotel really took care of some of the details. If offers bath tub (with relaxing salt), steam bath (with levender smell therapy). However restaurant was not up to to the standards, breakfast was soso, dinner buffet ($1000ntd) was good at all. During dinner we saw some debris that was left at the plate area from breakfast, meaning they didn't do a thorough clean after breakfast? And no soft drinks for it's buffet which was rare as well. "

"Unbeatable location. Just a few minutes walk from the front train station. Serve simple breakfast, free coffe/tea. Staffs are friendly and helpful. This is my 2nd stayed with WOW and really love it. Highly recommend. And will stay in whenever I go Hualien"
