"Great beach"

"The is our 2nd visit to Djerba and this hotel which a lovely small hotel with great atmosphere provided by the staff who are always friendly and smiling. Most of the staff can speak in multiple languages which makes things convenient. Great location right on the beach and near the best stretches of beach. Breakfast is ok as they don't rotate the buffet selection but there is a omelette station which helps. The hotel was quiet at times we were the only guests at dinner which we didn't mind. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is very nice, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—I only wish I could have stayed longer. I’ll definitely be returning!"

"Upon arrival we ( my wife & I ) greeted by the front desk and we felt very welcome to start our stay, i highly recommend this property, Quite, clean, great customer service, even the owner onsite to welcome all guests. Beautiful pool area, the room are big , close to everything in Djerba. "

Nous avons eu un petit accident en scooter et ils ont été incroyablement gentils : ils nous ont aidés tout de suite et nous ont même prêté des béquilles. "Property was falsely advertised. Most of the amenities advertised with the room where not in room including towels fridge utensil microwave dining area etc Management ignored all forms of communcation to rectify via myself and Expedia . Would not recommend this property. I am still waiting for a refund which Expedia is organsing as this was a terrible experience and introduction to Djerba and its people. property communucation"
