"The hotel is located very close to the heart of the city and is close to the tram station. The front desk is on 13th floor of building and has an excellent view. Stay are friendly and efficient, rooms are standard Japanese size but it’s super clean. The hotel had a roof top bath which was really lovely. Highly recommend. "

"We got to the hotel at around midday, 3 hours before check in time, and the staff were extremely friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel, which allowed us to go explore the city for the day and check in later on in the evening. The room was clean and tidy, good amenities, great bathroom, bed was quite hard."
